Duncan Pepperidge Anderson is the assistant supervisor of MIFT in the Disneyâ˘Pixar animated series Monsters at Work. Jerry is the floor manager for Monsters, Inc. In Monsters, Inc. He is a short, unfrightening monster who works at Monsters, Inc. Actually Randal's assistant is better looking and at least looks like a giy. Fungus is rather wimpish, timid, and cowardly due to Randall's wrathful temper and helps him with his plot to revolutionize the scaring industry, although he regrets it. He is a relatively short green monster with five eyes, upon each of which he wears a hard hat while on the clock. Randall's scare assistant is Fungus, who usually annoys him.
